Richard Preng is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s New York office. He is a member of the Global Energy, CEO & Board Practices.
Mr. Preng has completed CEO searches across the global energy industry, including upstream, midstream, downstream, utilities, power generation, renewables, EV infrastructure, software and energy services. He also places Board Directors for major energy corporations and advises on CEO succession matters.
In addition to his executive search career, Mr. Preng was an upstream supervisor with Exxon Company USA, an operations manager with Western Geophysical Company, and Upstream Human Resources Vice President for Hess Corporation.
Mr. Preng has undergraduate degrees in economics and history from Rice University, and a master’s in business administration from the University of Houston.
