Mr. De Marco is a commercial-focused HR leader who combines consulting expertise and practical business partnering to maximize workforce effectiveness in high-performing organizations.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. De Marco has held HR leadership positions at American Express and Bloomberg, L.P. Earlier in his career, he worked as a management consultant in the areas of organizational strategy and change management.
Mr. De Marco holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Villanova University and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. Additionally, he has earned an Executive Masters in Human Resources for Emerging Markets from Rutgers University. He is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is trained as an executive coach.
Mr. De Marco's areas of focus include the management of complex change initiatives, upskilling workforces and advising senior leaders as they navigate these changes. In recent years he has led major change initiatives around digital marketing, intra-preneurial business start-up / innovation, automation and data science integration into existing workforces.
