Associate Client Partner
Anne Callen is an Associate Client Partner in Organizational Strategy for Korn Ferry’s Healthcare practice.
Anne provides consulting expertise in areas such as Talent Acquisition Optimization, HR Effectiveness Assessments, Strategic Workforce Planning and Leadership Assessments and Succession. She has extensive experience in nearly all areas within HR, having spent nearly 20 years as a leader in HR functions in healthcare, banking and publishing.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she was the System Vice President for Advocate Aurora Health where she owned the responsibility for all talent strategies, including talent reviews/succession planning, talent acquisition, goal setting, performance management, employee engagement, recognition, HR analytics and HRIS. All core responsibilities included a focus on DE&I, including increasing diverse representation in AAH leadership.
She has significant experience in integrating systems and processes as a result of mergers and acquisitions to drive standardization and optimization.
Earlier in her career, Anne held roles in organizational and leadership development for LaSalle Bank/ABN AMRO and Tribune Company. She started her career in consulting with a leading HR consulting firm.
Anne serves on the board of the Talent Management Executives Consortium in Chicago as well as the board for Reclaim13, a non-profit organization dedicated to ending child sex trafficking. She participates in a formal mentoring program as a mentor for junior professional women across multiple industries.
Anne has a master’s degree in Psychology from Illinois State University as well as certificates in organizational development from Loyola University and DePaul University.
