Anne Callen

With more than 20 years of leadership experience, including senior HR and talent roles within large, complex health systems, she advises CHROs and executive teams on aligning people strategies with business priorities. Her expertise spans HR transformation, leadership effectiveness, executive succession, organization design, and strategic workforce planning.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Anne led Talent Management for Advocate Aurora Health, a $12 billion, 75,000-employee health system, where she was responsible for enterprise talent strategies including talent acquisition, succession management, performance management, employee engagement, HR analytics, and HR technology. Throughout her career, she has been a strong advocate for inclusive leadership and talent practices, helping organizations build diverse leadership pipelines and high-performing workforces.

Anne’s background in organizational effectiveness and leadership development positioned her to serve as the North America lead on a global Talent Management design team for ABN AMRO. She started her career in consulting with a leading HR consulting firm.

Anne just completed a term as President of a non-profit business association focused on Talent Management Executives in Chicago and serves as the Board President for Reclaim13, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing healing for survivors of child sex trafficking. She is also a volunteer for Menttium, a cross-company mentoring organization, serving as a mentor to professional women across the United States.

Anne has a master’s degree in Psychology from Illinois State University as well as certificates in organizational development from Loyola University and DePaul University. She recently completed an MIT Course on AI and the Impact on Business Strategy.
