Anne Tessien is a Principal in Korn Ferry's Minneapolis office.

Ms. Tessien has a broad background as an organizational leader and consultant, gained through her career experience in consulting and working internally in companies. She is an accomplished executive coach, presenter, and facilitator whose experience includes assessment, leadership development, change management, organization development, competency modeling, 360 feedback instrument design and implementation, and succession recommendations.

Ms. Tessien brings over 20 years as an executive and organizational coach and consultant, working internationally at both Korn Ferry and other fortune 500 companies. Her coaching focus is on resilience and vitality, interpersonal leadership, and senior level team development.

As a consultant, Ms. Tessien focuses on understanding the individual within the organizational context, and helps her clients link self-awareness and contribution with the high demands of the marketplace.

Deeply involved in her community, Ms. Tessien serves as a mentor within Korn Ferry. She is affiliated with the Association of Career Professionals International, and certified in numerous competency assessments and instruments. Ms. Tessien earned her master's of science from the University of Wisconsin and is trained in behavioral coaching by renowned executive coach James Flaherty of New Ventures West. Ms. Tessien also graduated from St. Olaf College, where she received her bachelor of arts in human factors, exercise science, and family studies.
