As a Managing Consultant in Korn Ferry’s Professional Search Military Center of Expertise, Anthony helps companies hire proven military leaders who bring real-world experience, strong character, and results-driven leadership to the roles that matter most—delivering impact through precision, clarity, and authenticity.

Anthony brings focus and perspective to his clients, helping them unlock exceptional leadership by identifying veterans who thrive under pressure, adapt fast, and elevate those around them. His approach is direct, value-driven, and grounded in trust.

Before Korn Ferry, Anthony led customer development in the construction industry, driving growth in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. 

Prior to that, Anthony spent 17 years as a U.S. Army Infantry Officer, leading combat-ready teams, shaping future leaders as a senior instructor, and helping wounded Soldiers navigate recovery and transition. He’s commanded at the company level, served as a Battalion Operations Officer, and advised at the intersection of readiness and resilience.

Anthony earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from the Turner College of Business. He is also a Ranger School graduate.
