Before joining Korn Ferry, Aric spent four years in recruiting, specializing in talent acquisition and workforce development for transitioning service members. He worked with organizations across various industries to build veteran hiring programs, develop leadership pipelines, and implement tailored retention strategies.

Prior to that, he led teams ranging from 30 to 200 Marines, gaining extensive experience in organizational leadership, strategic problem-solving, and mission execution.

With a background as a Marine Corps infantry officer, Aric has firsthand experience in leading, training, and developing high-performing teams in dynamic and high-pressure environments. He translates this experience into actionable strategies for clients, ensuring they can effectively integrate and retain top-tier veteran talent. His approach is rooted in aligning military skill sets with business objectives, fostering leadership excellence, and optimizing workforce engagement.

Aric holds a bachelors in history and political science from Lake Forest College and a masters in finance from DeVry Keller university and is an active participant in the San Diego Veteran Community.
