Ben empowers clients to exceed their potential by translating insights into actionable strategies, aligning remuneration with business goals, and fostering fair and transparent reward practices.   • Designing and implementing remuneration frameworks and performance strategies.
  • Conducting large-scale market benchmarking and job evaluation.
  • Reviewing and modelling annual remuneration outcomes within budget constraints.
  • Investigating and advising on gender pay equity.
  • Developing and optimising employee benefit programs.
  • Delivering staff surveys to capture key stakeholder feedback.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ben was the Remuneration & Reporting Specialist for NZX and a Senior Reward Consultant at EY. 

He holds a Master of Business Analysis from Victoria University of Wellington and Master of Global Business from Lincoln University, both with honours.
