Bieke has more than 20 years of experience in senior HR leadership roles with large global multinationals.
Her core expertise is in talent assessment and succession, performance management, leadership development and team dynamics. She is also experienced in managing global business integration as well as culture change management initiatives, working closely together with Supervisory Boards and C-level executives.
Bieke worked for more than 16 years at AB InBev where she held various roles in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development & Coaching, and Employee Relations.
She worked across different regions including Europe, North & South America and China. She took on expat assignments in Toronto and New York.
In 2019, she decided to reorient her career towards strategic HR consulting, working with a variety of global companies in consumer goods, financial services, industry, telecom, biotech and others, providing strategic talent advice, including C-level assessment & development and CEO succession.
Bieke holds a Masters Degree in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp (Belgium) and completed an additional Executive Master in Consulting & Coaching for Change from Insead (France) in 2019. She also has a Co-Active Coaching certificate.
She speaks fluent English, French and Dutch.
