Bruno brings over 20 years of experience in executive search and leadership advisory, with a strong focus on the technology and professional services sectors. He has led numerous senior assignments across Europe and Africa, supporting global corporations, scale-ups, and professional services firms in attracting and assessing top-tier leadership talent.
He began his career in an IT services company, gaining a solid understanding of the technology landscape and its operational challenges. He subsequently spent a year in London with a boutique executive search firm specializing in consulting and professional services, before joining a global executive search firm, where he served as Principal in the High Tech practice for seven years.
In 2008, Bruno co-founded a boutique executive search firm dedicated to the technology and digital sectors, a focus on which he continues within Korn Ferry.
