Her role is as a key delivery expert and client relationship manager. She consults, designs, and provides a variety of customized services to clients. She specializes in facilitating programs in coaching, personal development, and leadership skills. She has provided individualized coaching and assessment services to hundreds of managers and executives around the world.
She uses a high energy and engaging approach to create an effective learning environment. She works in a focused, yet flexible way, seeking first to understand a client’s true needs. She designs solutions that close gaps and capitalize on assets and strengths. With both individuals and groups, She looks for everyday practice opportunities and supplements this applied learning with tools and resources that accelerate development.
Carol has worked in consulting for over 30 years. She consults with a wide range of companies and industries, including energy, retail, financial services, pharma, high tech, and manufacturing.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she worked for a large upscale retailer in a variety of human resources roles, including recruitment, research, compensation, and leadership development.
Carol holds a bachelor’s degree from the School of Business & Economics and Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in industrial relations from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.
She grew up in northeastern Minnesota and has travelled to close to 100 different countries for work and pleasure.
