Practice Area Manager
My primary goal at Korn Ferry is to provide Human Capital solutions within Technology to the clients I partner with. Typically, that is providing niche interim candidates to deploy immediately, embedding themselves in mission critical projects ensuring deliverables are met. These highly specialized resources can be scaled up or down depending on project scope.
The biggest value in the solutions I provide is the time and efficiency of which my team works to get a quality resource onboarded and started on project. I take a methodical approach to finding the most suitable resource per client specifications and then present their background in a comprehensive way for review. I can have a resource started at the client they are working with within 1-2 weeks of qualifying a new interim position.
I started my career in Healthcare recruitment which taught me a sense of urgency and the level of compassion required in this industry.
When your main product is people, it’s important to not treat your day to day as transactional but to establish long standing relationships that will last years and in some cases a lifetime. After healthcare I got into Technology and have been working in this domain for the last 10 years. I have hands on experience working as a recruiter, in sales, and working a full desk. I started my career living and recruiting in the Bay Area, now I reside in South Florida, representing clients nationally.
My Bachelor’s degree is in exercise physiology and health is incredibly important to me. Often in a client meeting business will be addressed but I’ll also bring up the latest trends I’m exploring in nutrition or exercise. I’m always looking to keep building on my career and for ways to improve myself both mentally and physically.
