Cassandra has close to 15 years’ experience advising clients on building high-performing legal teams across Southeast Asia, partnering with organizations from early-stage disruptors to Fortune 500 giants.

Drawing from her training as a mindfulness-based psychotherapist and executive coach, she uncovers deeper insights into leadership readiness, team dynamics, and cultural fit.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Cassandra spent more than 10 years at a UK-headquartered global recruitment specialist, where she built and led the firm’s Southeast Asia legal search practice.

Over the years, she has successfully placed senior counsels, heads of legal, and General Counsels across industries—building trusted, long-term relationships with clients navigating rapid change and complexity.

Cassandra holds a degree in Psychology from Singapore Management University and is a certified Hakomi Therapist. Having lived in Singapore, the Netherlands and Indonesia, she brings cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence to every engagement.
