Chris is a Chartered Business Psychologist with 20+ years’ experience in leadership consulting. He enjoys building long term partnerships, simplifying complexity and delivering measurable business impact. He is passionate about improving the quality of leadership to create winning organisations and environments where people thrive.
He has worked with global organisations across multiple sectors and works closely with clients to build strong leadership pipelines and strengthen leadership capability to lead change and transformation.
Chris started his career in HR for an international Telco before moving into leadership consulting as a Business Psychologist and a Client Director in a boutique leadership assessment consulting firm. He assessed and developed leaders across the world. He then became a partner in a performance consulting firm helping clients develop leaders at all levels. Following this, he worked in a big 4 consulting organisation in the Leadership, Learning and Culture practice. He brings breadth and depth of expertise to define, assess and develop leadership at all levels.
Chris is a Chartered Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. He holds a Master from Cranfield University and BSc from Warwick University.
