Cristina is an enthusiastic expert within the Organization Strategy practice of Korn Ferry based in Frankfurt (Germany).
She has 10+ years of professional experience advising clients on organizational design and strategy (e.g., sales, marketing, or L&D org. transformation and restructuring; HR strategy), leadership (program development and facilitation), talent market and location assessment, training strategy, culture transformation and change management (incl. development of toolbox), and DE&I.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Cristina worked for a leading advisory company in Germany supporting organizational changes (e.g., implementation of a new TOM, merger of different companies, ERP transformation) of clients across industries and leading an internal team for culture change and leadership solutions.
She enjoys creating trustful relationships with her stakeholders and psychologically safe working atmospheres.
Cristina holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Bern (Switzerland), Institute of Organization and HR. During her scientific research, she focused on leadership (styles) and CEO succession, with a particular eye on family businesses, and applied quantitative and qualitative methods. She was visiting researcher at JIBS (Sweden). She received a M.Sc. in Management and Consulting from the University of Trento (Italy) and a M.Sc. in Business Management from the TU Dresden (Germany). She holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Urbino (Italy) and studied at Rutgers University (USA) as well.
She is a certified PROSCI Change Manager, a Scrum Master – PSM I (scrum.org), and an enthusiastic Design Thinking user.
She is an Italian native speaker. In addition, she speaks English and German (fluent), French (intermediate), and Spanish (basic).
