Senior Principal
Dagmar is a Senior Principal Consultant with Korn Ferry’s advisory practice based in the firm’s Frankfurt office.
With over 25 years of experience in management training, coaching, assessing, and consulting, as well as managing global clients. Dagmar has worked in a variety of industries, especially in pharma, life science, healthcare, transport and infrastructure. She is skilled in designing and delivering high-impact leadership programs and development journeys, team building processes, as well as assessment centers and individual assessments for selection and development.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Dagmar served as marketing and client relations manager and Diversity and Inclusion trainer and coach. Her early focus on DE&I has also provided her with the opportunity to work as facilitator in a governmentally funded economical exchange project of coaching Eastern European managers before and during their work assignments in Germany.
Dagmar joined Korn Ferry as manager of a talent and organizational management program for young professionals with a group dynamic focus that shaped her training approach and facilitation style.
She has also served as an associate teacher for assessment center trainings at the University of Tübingen and was associate lecturer for German studies at the University of Leeds in the UK. Dagmar’s work experience in different sectors ranges from manufacturing, automotive and publishing to academia.
