Darci drives the Company’s growth and performance by building teams that deliver streamlined, highly client-orientated, world-class recruitment solutions.  Darci’s leadership style is focused around the principles of “lift as you lead” and she finds inspiration in mentoring and developing others.

Darci has over 20 years of Talent Acquisition and HR experience, including leading global teams within a variety of industries and companies.  Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she was the Global Head of Talent & Culture for a privately held international food and agriculture company employing over 13,000 employees.  In this role, she was the COE leader responsible for global strategy and execution of Talent Acquisition, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Performance Management, and Engagement and Culture programs and teams.

Darci is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI and a SHRM Certified Senior Professional (SHRM-SCP).  She is also an active member of the Board of Trustees for Riverstone International School and previously served on the DEI Executive Committee for Boise State University’s Blue Sky Institute.

Darci holds an MBA and BA as well as a Masters Certification in Conflict Management from Boise State University.
