Dawn Sevy is an Associate Client Partner for Korn Ferry, based in Goodyear, AZ.

Ms. Sevy works with leaders at all levels of the organization, from high potentials through the C-Suite. She assesses top talent to help organizations make better talent decisions and to accelerate the development of leaders. She coaches leaders at  Fortune and Global 500 organizations, bringing developmentally insightful feedback to leaders. She has also consulted with organizations in the areas of leadership development, succession planning, human capital strategy, competency modeling, and developing and implementing talent processes.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Sevy held senior leadership roles in the financial industry, leading the organizational development function for Edward Jones, responsible for leadership effectiveness, change management, and organization design. During this time, she helped guide the organizations change management and organization design efforts in response to a significant regulatory change in the industry. She also brings experience from Northwestern Mutual where she was the home office liaison to four network and 13 district offices where she was jointly accountable for the development and effectiveness of 100+ field leaders.

She also brings consulting experience from PDI Ninth House (Korn Ferry), SHL, Capital H Group, and Hay Group.

Dawn holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Union College in Lincoln, NE and a masters of business administration from Avila University in Kansas City, MO.

She is a certified ACC International Coach Federation coach.
