Senior Principal, Reward & Benefits

As a member of Korn Ferry’s Reward & Benefits team, Mr. Soper plays a key role in advising clients on incentives and remuneration, predominantly within the Financial Services sector.

Mr. Soper leverages experience from both an in-house and advisory standpoint, and has supported clients and stakeholders across a range of UK and international reward projects.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Soper was acting as Reward Manager at a leading sustainable infrastructure investment firm within the Private Equity sector, responsible for designing and delivering global carried interest and equity ownership arrangements, salary benchmarking and long-term incentive plans, as well as supporting Remuneration and Executive Committee meetings and overall reward strategy.

Previously, he worked as an Incentives and Reward consultant at a leading advisory firm, advising on management incentive plans, carry and co-investment arrangements, bonus plans, and the associated tax and due diligence implications.

Mr. Soper has an LLB (Hons) in Law from the London School of Economics.
