Eleo began her career at AT&T in business development for BellSouth where she later led large sales and technical support teams. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Eleo was Vice President and Key Account Executive for a global consultancy, where she grew one of the company’s largest client portfolios spanning across Consumer, Technology and Life Sciences industries.
Her ability to integrate strategy and execution has delivered measurable results—from co-founding a coaching and leadership development boutique acquired by a global consultancy to building a 500-people sales team in the fastest digital wireless start up in Brazil. This blend of corporate rigor, entrepreneurial agility and innovation positions Eleo as a trusted advisor who brings both strategic vision and practical wisdom to her client engagements.
Eleo holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and is a Professional Certified Executive Coach from Columbia University, NY. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, she brings a global perspective and cultural adaptability to every client partnership.
