Senior Client Partner, Organizational Strategy

Elise Freedman is a Senior Client Partner in the Organizational Strategy Practice and the Practice Leader for Workforce Transformation.

Ms. Freedman’s business impact includes:

  • Developing the human capital strategy for a number of leading global organizations.
  • Designing, developing and delivering hundreds of manager and leadership development programs over the last 15+ years.
  • Designing the performance management and succession processes and developing supporting tools and programs for a global consumer products organization,  health care organization, global life sciences company, a global technology company and an international development bank.
  • Providing consulting support in the area of DE&I including facilitating leadership workshops, auditing talent programs and developing recommendations for enhancing DE&I and incorporating an inclusive lens for all talent processes.
  • Developing competency models, career management strategies, career paths and associated tools.
  • Leading numerous workforce transformation projects for a variety of industries including life sciences, financial services, technology and consumer products.
  • Leading the change management and communication workstream for several large complex transformation programs for global organizations.

With more than 25 years of experience, Ms. Freedman has been helping clients optimize their business and talent strategies through innovative solutions in talent management, leadership development, workforce transformation and diversity, equity and inclusion. 

Ms. Freedman brings a practical approach to designing, developing and implementing value-added solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Elise also held a number of senior roles at Willis Towers Watson, Accenture, and BearingPoint where she developed a broad base of talent management, change management, human resources and project management skills and expertise. 

Ms. Freedman holds a Master of Business with a concentration in Management and Marketing from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tulane University. She has been featured and quoted in multiple publications and is a frequent speaker on the topic of future of work and retention strategies.
