Emmanuelle Evenepoel is a Principal based in the Brussels office, where she is part of the firm’s Leadership Development, Assessment & Succession, and Coaching practice across the EMEA region.

With over 25 years of experience in diverse HR roles, Emma has worked with both small Belgian enterprises and large multinational corporations. Her core expertise lies in talent assessment and succession planning, individual and group coaching, leadership development, and team facilitation. She also brings deep experience in leading change initiatives at both individual and group levels.

Prior to her current role, Emma spent more than 17 years at GSK, where she held senior positions in the Vaccines and Consumer Healthcare divisions. Her responsibilities spanned Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Change Management, and Organizational Capability at both European and global levels.

In 2019, Emma founded her own consultancy, dedicated to supporting individuals and teams navigating challenges related to communication, cohesion, and collaboration.

She holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and a specialized degree in International Law from the Free University of Brussels. Emma is certified as an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and holds Level 1 certification in MBTI. Additionally, she is a licensed coach with MindGym, qualified to deliver both in-person and virtual coaching programs.

Emma is certified on the following KF tools : KFLS, KF 360, KF Potential, KF Emotional and Social Competencies Inventories, KF Leadership Styles & Organizational Climate.

She speaks fluently French and English and has a good understanding of Dutch.
