Emmanuelle Evenepoel is a Principal based in the firm’s Brussels office, within the Leadership Development and Assessment & Succession practice across EMEA.

Emma has more than 25 years of experience in various HR roles with both small Belgian companies and large global multinationals.

Her core expertise is in talent assessment and succession, coaching, leadership development and teams/groups facilitations. She also has strong expertise in managing change programs with  groups and individuals.

Emma worked for more than 17 years at GSK, in the Vaccines and Consumer Healthcare businesses,  where she held various senior roles in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, change management and organizational capability management at European and international level.

She also founded her own business, supporting individuals and teams facing communication, cohesion and collaboration challenges.

Emma holds a Master Degree in Political Sciences, as well as a specialized degree in International Law from the Free University of Brussels. She is currently finalizing her ICF coaching accreditation which will be completed by the end of 2023. She is also MBTI level 1 certified.

She speaks fluently French and English and has a very good command of Dutch.
