Ezgi Aytan

Principal

Ezgi is an organizational behavior enthusiast with a focus on cultural change within organizations. After obtaining her degree on Industrial and Organizational Psychology she started her career as a consultant in Management Centre Turkiye with a focus on leadership development.

Eager to gain diverse perspectives, Ezgi transitioned to an HR role at Abdi İbrahim Pharma, where she managed international markets during a merge period. Her responsibilities included designing HR processes and developing tailored implementations, which paved the way for her to become the HR leader at a rapidly growing high-tech company.

Continuing her journey in organizational transformation, Ezgi served as the Learning and Development Manager at MEXT. Most recently, she has been the Culture and Leadership Practice Leader at Melon, a boutique consultancy supporting the technology sector. In this capacity, she designed talent management and performance processes from the ground up, led long-term initiatives such as OKR implementation and agile transformation. She developed a comprehensive leadership program for new managers, which now engages over 40 companies.

As a certified Design Thinking coach from Hasso Plattner Institute, Ezgi employs Design Thinking methodologies to redesign effective management processes and align behavioral styles with business objectives. Ezgi is also an ICF certified coach, dedicated to facilitating the personal and professional growth of individuals. Taking this a step further at Korn Ferry, she specializes in assessment evaluation and individual feedback, further enhancing her commitment to transformative practices.

Ezgi graduated from TED Ankara College and earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Bilkent University. She holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Université Descartes in Paris and the University of Valencia in Spain. She is a native Turkish speaker, fluent in English, and a conversational speaker in French and Spanish.

With a robust background in organizational behavior, leadership development, and talent management, Ezgi's expertise lies in facilitating cultural transformations and enhancing individual and organizational effectiveness.
