Ms. Weir is a British Business Psychologist, who has driven HR Strategy & Operations for some of the world's biggest brands. She has written papers on employee engagement, organizational culture, and the use of psychometrics in recruitment. Ms. Weir is also a certified Project Manager, and has led business transformation programs in areas such as employee retention and departmental restructures.
Ms. Weir discovered a love for coaching while managing a team in the French Alps. She then developed her cross-cultural coaching practice through a global career in HR for Starwood, and later Marriott, living in Europe, the Middle East, and North America. An exceptional leader and change agent, Ms. Weir has extensive expertise in recruitment, training, and employee relations.
A London Drama School Graduate, Ms. Weir also has Masters' Degrees in both Psychology, and Occupational & Organizational Psychology. She is a member of the British Psychological Society, and a previous nominee for their Student Prize for Excellence in Occupational Psychology. Ms. Weir is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, and speaks fluent French.
