Frank brings a full-lifecycle perspective to client partnerships, having built his career in the RPO industry across sales, solution design, implementation, and delivery. He has been involved in many of the industry’s most strategic RPO engagements, with experience spanning global and multi-regional clients across industrial, life sciences, healthcare, financial services, and technology sectors.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Frank held senior leadership roles at Engage2Excel, IBM/Kenexa, and SourceRight, where he consistently helped organizations achieve measurable improvements against key process and cost metrics, as well as design targeted operating models to drive talent acquisition performance. He has also served in delivery and client success roles, giving him a balanced understanding of both business development and operational excellence.
With roots in executive search and experience leading corporate talent initiatives, Frank offers organizations a strategic partner in building agile, scalable, and future-ready talent acquisition strategies. He is a trusted advisor known for fostering consultative relationships and delivering sustainable high-impact results.
Frank earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Economic Systems from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
