Ms. Holbrook-Lui combines two decades of multinational business experience with knowledge of leadership theory and practice to help clients develop talented and effective global leaders.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she led human resources teams on three continents and in four different industries. She was the chief human resources officer for one of the largest global travel management firms and headed human resources for a world leader in hotels and hospitality. She began her career in one of the largest US banks.
Ms. Holbrook-Lui earned a master's degree in education from Harvard University where she did research on organizational leadership and adult learning. She holds a master's degree in business administration with a finance concentration from Boston University, and did her university-level studies at Colorado College. She speaks fluent French and conversational Spanish.
