With an expertise in psychology and human motivation, his passion is to build relationships that lead to long-term placements and not just someone’s "next step."  With over 90% of his placements still at their firms after four years, his value to his clients and candidates is clear.

Ian recruits nationally and in all practice areas, however he has a particular focus in Intellectual Property.  His mix of a detail-oriented, analytical mind and a background in film and television performance give him the ability to fully embrace the role of a trusted advisor and provide concierge-level service through all phases of the recruiting process, including interview preparation, negotiating offers, and how to properly give notice for the attorneys he works with.

Ian grew up in the Midwest and maintains close ties to firms throughout the region.  He earned his degree cum laude from the University of Arizona, and when he’s not helping attorneys land their dream jobs, he sets his perfectionist personality on building furniture and home renovation projects from plumbing to flooring.
