She draws on her deep expertise in management consulting and digital transformation to help companies create and implement organisational solutions informed by the “future in” scenario planning and linked to their purpose and business strategy.

Inna has 30 years of management consulting experience serving global clients in Industrial and Life Sciences sectors and delivering projects across 20+ countries.

She helped clients in strategy development and execution, organisational design, commercial excellence, profitability transformation across entire P&L and most recently - digital transformation by connecting experience design, process, technology and data and analytics.

Throughout her career Inna worked at Bain & Company, Kearney, Accenture and Genpact.

Inna has an MBA from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland and has a PhD in Economics. She has completed Expanding Horizons Senior Leadership Program at London Business School.

Inna was a Board member of the SCI (Society of Chemical Industry, multi-science and multidisciplinary charity established in 1881) Board of Trustees during over 6 years.
