With over 15 years of experience, I specialized in designing, selling, and executing multinational employee surveys—empowering organizations to listen effectively and gain deep insights into workforce sentiment and engagement. I have held key leadership roles in talent and engagement practices across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region, driving strategies that strengthen organizational culture and performance.

I hold a doctorate in social sciences from the University of Mannheim, with research focused on public employment and pension systems in European public sectors. A visiting scholarship at the University of Queensland broadened my perspective on social research. Fluent in English and German, I use my multilingual skills to connect with diverse clients and stakeholders in international markets.
