Jonathan is the EMEA Head of Solution for Leadership and Professional Development, Assessment and Succession. 

He is a friendly and insightful leader and management consultant, working with clients everyday to improve the performance of individuals, teams and organisations.

The team he leads help people to grow and perform better, in service of the strategy being pursued.

Working across all sectors, his work includes coaching executives, developing teams, overseeing large scale assessment and development programmes and delivering culture change work.

He has led some of Korn Ferry’s largest and most complex client engagements, and is progressive in the field of AI leadership, collaboration and team development. 

Jonathan began his career working in the community development field, helping marginalised groups to access better life chances.

His consulting work has always been driven by a desire to have a positive impact on society and business. Examples of this include:

  • Delivering culture change and scale within maternity units.
  • Reorganising a major infrastructure organisation and working with the executive team to deliver their strategy to provide safe energy to millions of people.
  • Overseeing the development of 10,000s of leaders to provide better public service.
  • Working with an environmental start up to grow rapidly to clean air in the world’s major cities.
  • He has an MBA which focused on protecting intangible value during acquisitions.
