Senior Client Partner
Julie is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Advisory business.
She has over 20 years of experience working in top management consulting and leadership advisory firms, serving a diverse range of global clients across financial services, technology, media, industrial, healthcare, consumer, and non-profits. Based in the New York office, she is part of the Organization Strategy Practice and advises boards, CEOs, and executive teams in the areas of C-suite succession planning, executive talent management, leadership assessment and development, team effectiveness, and organizational culture. Julie is also an executive coach who develops senior leaders across multiple industries. She received training and coaching supervision by the Harvard Medical School affiliated Institute of Coaching.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Julie was a consultant at another leadership advisory firm, advising clients on issues regarding individual, team and organizational effectiveness. Previous roles include serving as Director of Consulting Services and Analytics at Nadler Advisory Services, Principal Consultant at Oliver Wyman, and Senior Associate at Mercer.
Julie earned a BA in Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley, then an MA and PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University. She is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the American Psychological Association. Julie has been published in NACD Directorship: Boardroom Intelligence, People and Strategy, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Human Resource Management Review. She has presented her work at professional meetings, including the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Academy of Management.
