Kelcie Brielmaier is an expert in workforce transformation and talent management. Her consulting experience is focused on working with global technology clients to help them improve business performance by aligning their talent, processes, and organization to strategy. 

Kelcie brings a unique ability to solve talent and organizational challenges by driving large scale behavioral change through integrated and organization-wide transformation programs. She brings a global outlook working with clients in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

She is also a founding member and previous co-lead of Korn Ferry’s CXO Optimization and Delivering on Your Functional Strategy Practices – solutions optimizing functional effectiveness through the design of leadership assessment, org assessment and design, performance management, executive search, development, engagement, retention, and succession programs.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Kelcie worked for a national nonprofit organization serving as an advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors to define knowledge, performance, and talent management strategies.

Kelcie is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and Montclair State University, where she earned a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology.

She is an alumna of AmeriCorps VISTA and an active member of the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
