He consults clients across a variety of industries. While leveraging his experience from the challenges in which he has supported organizations, he always maintains a strong emphasis regarding the specific circumstances of each challenge his clients are facing.

Mr. Kutschenko is an expert in leadership development, assessment, and talent strategy. He is particularly experienced in the design and delivery of leadership development initiatives, the conduction of selection and developmental assessments as well as the translation of business demands into talent strategies.

He is certified in the use of numerous psychometric instruments and coaching tools with a broad range of business applications.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Kutschenko worked as a researcher at a top-tier executive search firm and in the talent management department at one of the leading organizations in the automotive industry. 

Mr. Kutschenko holds a master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology from Valdosta State University. He is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Society for Human Resource Management.

He is fluent in English and German.
