Konstantin Kutschenko partners with organizations to design leadership development experiences that build the leadership capabilities needed to advance strategic priorities.
He brings deep experience in leadership development, assessment, and talent strategy. His work focuses on preparing leaders to navigate complexity, lead transformation, and create conditions for innovation and sustainable success.
One specific area of his expertise is designing and facilitating scalable programs that build AI-ready leadership for client organizations. As one of Korn Ferry’s AI Champions, he contributes to firm-wide initiatives that have equipped thousands of colleagues to recognize and adopt practical ways generative AI can create value in their work.
Prior to his current role, Konstantin held positions of increasing responsibility at Korn Ferry. Before joining the firm, he began his career as a researcher and collegiate coach and later worked in talent management in the automotive industry. Those experiences grounded his belief that people grow through deliberate practice and clear feedback, a perspective he brings to every leadership program he designs.
Konstantin holds a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Valdosta State University. He is certified in numerous psychometric and coaching tools. He also holds the ATD Master Instructional Designer credential and the AI for Creativity & Leadership certificate from Parsons School of Design. He is fluent in English and German.
