Kristin O’Neil has over fifteen years of experience in executive development consulting, and leadership development with a focus on leadership development, top team effectiveness, assessment for development, and succession. A member of the Korn Ferry Advisory practice, her area of focus is transformational leadership solutions.

Ms. O’Neil works with a diverse clientele, from global Fortune 50 to mid-size companies across industries, as well as non-profits.

As a consultant, she applies keen attention to understanding clients’ perspective to establish trust. She challenges others to think and make decisions in new ways to help them integrate new behaviors, that fosters increased business success, as well as helping leaders with career and overall personal satisfaction. 

Ms. O’Neil’s diverse and global experience has spanned operational and executive development in corporate and non-profit sectors in the US, Europe, and Asia. These experiences have allowed her to develop acute insights and problem-solving in support of her clients and their organizations.

Ms. O’Neil also bring operational and international experience in talent management, talent development, communications, organizational and senior leadership development.

Previous to this role, she worked with small businesses and start-ups, where she was responsible for consulting and providing guidance on market research, financial and business plans.

Ms. O’Neil has a bachelor of arts degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from Fort Lewis College.
