Executive Senior Partner

Lauren Strauss is an Executive Senior Partner with Korn Ferry’s Supply Chain and Operations Division. 

She has 13 years of value-add experience. In her role, Mrs. Strauss is responsible for driving candidate development through top tier sourcing strategies, recruiting top talent, and creating a positive experience for both candidates and clients alike. Additionally, Lauren is passionate about the details of each search she conducts. She takes a consultative approach to managing matching top talent to what her clients are in need of. Mrs. Strauss is also responsible for client development and managing end to end search projects for her clients. Her goal is to be instrumental in the growth of both a candidate’s career, and a client’s talent pool.

Lauren came to Lucas Group in 2017 as an Executive Search Consultant in the Manufacturing practice group. She achieved Presidents club in her first year working at Lucas Group, and was promoted to Senior Executive Search Consultant, Senior Partner and then Executive Senior Partner within a short time.  Lauren works with top manufacturing talent and leading employers; with a focus in professional search. 

Lauren believes in being a coach and a player, having a targeted, proactive, and hunter mentality, when working with clients and candidates. She brings a level of high energy and excitement to every engagement she works on and every relationship she builds.

Prior to entering the world of Executive Recruitment. Lauren played soccer for 17 years and enjoys outdoor activities. Laure holds a Bachelors in Addiction Studies, Six Sigma Green Belt and is a Lean Champion.
