He is specialized in developing target operating models and organization structures, grading & reward systems design based on corporate strategies, and developing leadership capabilities of top teams and talents in organisations.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Levent had considerable experience in similar areas in various consulting firms namely; MAG Consulting, IBM, Hay Group and Ernst & Young. As part of these experiences he had number of chances to led multi streamed, complex projects requiring building and developing critical customer relationships.

In addition to his consulting background, Levent enjoys his diverse experience obtained from entrepreneurship ecosystem (Co-Founder Habita Coworking Space) and not for profit sector (civil society organization on education – ERG Öğtermen Ağı) especially in operational & business model design areas while delivering out of box solutions to complex business problems.

After graduating from Tarsus American High Scholl, Levent completed his bachelor degree from Bilkent University then achieved his masters degree in Management Sciences from Universita Bocconi, Milano, Italy.
