Luan Le is the Senior Principal at Korn Ferry, based in the firm’s HCMC Vietnam Office. Luan leads the Compensation and Benefits practices in Vietnam.

He has directed various human resource consulting projects, including the design of reward systems, KPIs, and performance management systems, as well as conducting leadership assessments for large local and multinational organizations across various sectors.

Luan has led significant projects such as developing a Total Rewards system for a local leading telecommunications group, harmonizing grading structures and reward policies post-M&A for banks, and designing a Performance Management system for a local conglomerate. He has also provided various other solutions for clients in different industries. In addition to local clients, Luan has worked with clients in the Automotive, FMCG, Real Estate, Hi-Tech, Oil & Gas, and public sectors in Pakistan, Abu Dhabi, and Saudi Arabia.

With over 25 years of experience in human resource consulting, Luan brings extensive expertise in Job Architecture, Reward Management, and Performance Management. Before joining Korn Ferry, he worked with leading global HR consulting firms operating in Vietnam.
