Mr. Le has over 20 years of proven experience in management consulting. He has extensive experience in Multi-Assessment, Compensation and Benefit Market Research, and Human Resource Consulting with strong focus in the areas of Management Development, Reward Management and Performance Management.
Mr. Le leads Compensation and Benefits Surveys and Human Resource consulting projects on organization structure review, design of reward and performance management systems for large local and multinational organizations across various sectors in Vietnam.
Mr. Le holds a Bachelor Degree of Science at University of Science and Technology. He is fluent in Vietnamese and English.
