Vice President, Business Development, RPO

Marc has assumed a variety of roles and disciplines across the Asia Pacific region within his 9 years at Korn Ferry RPO. This includes Finance, Commercial, Operations and Sales.

Currently as Vice President (RPO), Marc leads the Sales and Bid Management function across Australia and New Zealand. Marc is responsible for our growth objectives and brings a different mindset and approach to business development.

Marc has proven to be an effective leader of both permanent and project based teams. Previously, Marc was the Commercial & Client Director (RPO) responsible for service delivery, key stakeholder engagement, and driving continuous improvement and innovation across a portfolio of Korn Ferry’s recruitment process outsourcing solutions including Nike, Stockland, Newcrest Mining, Super Retail Group and many others. 

Prior to this, Marc also established and led Korn Ferry RPO’s in-house Reporting and Analytics function.

With his background in Commercial Finance, Marc understands the importance of demonstrating quantifiable ROI in parallel to delivering operational performance. He also maintains a high level of interest in optimising the value of data and the latest HR technologies to drive operational excellence through best-in-class insights and intelligence.

Before he joined Korn Ferry RPO, Marc spent over 7 years in the Accountancy and Financial Services space within both Australia and the United Kingdom, managing a portfolio of clients across a range of industries. 

Marc holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Sciences (Hons) from Loughborough University, United Kingdom, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Marc loves to play golf even though his ambition of being a single digit handicapper continues to elude him, and when he is not walking down a fairway, he is trying to master Olympic lifting movements at his local CrossFit box.
