Olivier joined Korn Ferry in 2017 and has worked in senior finance recruitment for over 10 years managing search mandates to recruit senior finance professionals including Finance Directors, Financial Controllers, Heads of Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax & Treasury Managers and Audit Directors.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry Olivier was a Partner at a leading global recruitment firm where he established himself as one of their most experienced Financial Officers consultants in the French market.

During this time Olivier originated and delivered mid-level retained mandates across both large and small, listed and private corporates, professional services and financial services companies.

Olivier has also worked for five years, prior to his executive search career, in various financial positions. He started his career in audit at PwC before moving into industry and holding Financial Control positions at both Renault and Alstom Power.

Olivier holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Saint Denis University, followed by a Master's degree from Euromed Business School of Marseille. During his studies, he was an exchange student at Anglia Polytechnic University in Cambridge and Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond.
