Director, Korn Ferry Institute

Paula Kerr is a Director in the Korn Ferry Institute where she is an assessment scientist and active contributor to the research that underpins all Korn Ferry offerings.

Ms. Kerr has contributed to or co-authored many technical manuals and technical notes including those for Leadership Styles, Organizational Climate, the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect (KF360), and the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI). 

Ms. Kerr works closely with colleagues in KF Digital to support Korn Ferry’s multi-rater surveys. She provides measurement expertise to new product development and product enhancements, maintains our extensive database of global norms, and conducts new research to validate and support our offerings.

Prior to joining the Korn Ferry Institute, she was a consultant with Hay Group, a company later acquired by Korn Ferry. During her time at Hay Group, Ms. Kerr held a variety of different client-facing roles including consulting in the employee engagement survey practice, leadership development practice, and as an instructional designer for custom client training programs.

Ms. Kerr has a B.A. in Psychology from Western University in London, Ontario, and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. She completed her clinical psychology internship at the Centre for Psychological Services and Research at the University of Ottawa, in Ottawa, Ontario.
