She actively collaborates with clients to understand their needs, design solutions that leverage KF IP and tools, while customizing it to their unique context. She brings her experience and expertise as an organizational psychologist to help organizations make the most of their human capital and help both employees and the organization realize their true potential.
She has helped several organizations in the Middle East with their talent management needs – from putting in place talent frameworks such as competency models, talent acquisition and performance management frameworks to designing succession planning, high potential and learning development frameworks – and identification and enablement of talent development through assessments, feedback and coaching.
Dr. Gopalkrishnan has worked with several clients across the Banking & Financial Sector, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Real Estate Development and Retail sectors.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Dr. Gopalkrishnan has worked as a consultant with leading consulting firms and with innovative start-ups in India that provided exposure to new-age learning methodologies such as simulation-based learning tools.
Dr. Gopalkrishnan earned her PhD. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. She has a B.A in Psychology from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA. She has earned her coaching certification through Coach Transformation Academy and is working towards her ACC credentials. She is fluent in English and Hindi and can converse in Marathi, Tamil and French.
