Richard White

Richard White is a Sector Leader for the Professional Search division, with a focus on Private Equity and Venture Capital clients and senior talent within their respective portfolio companies.

In 2009, he was recruited to join Patriarch Partners – an $8b AUM private equity firm based in New York City. For more than 10 years, he served as the firm’s Head of Talent Acquisition – responsible for all senior and C-Suite hires at more than 70 portfolio companies across 14 diverse industry sectors.  He was also responsible for all talent needs at the holding company.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Richard served as Managing Partner of the Executive Search Practice at Momenta Partners, a boutique search and investment firm focused on digital transformation.

Richard began his career with various Public Relations and Digital Marketing agencies in Boston and New York City, before serving as Director of Media & Talent Relations at FOX News Channel for nearly three years.
