Director, Talent Transformation
Rita has been with Korn Ferry since 2008 and currently serves as the Director of Talent Transformation. In this role, she combines market and technology insights with Korn Ferry’s industry-leading intellectual property (IP) to drive the success of talent acquisition programs.
Rita works closely with cross-functional teams, advising on best practices and optimizing technology integration. Her expertise in leading talent transformation programs and applying benchmarks positions her as a strategic partner in shaping workforce solutions and delivering comprehensive roadmaps.
In her prior position as an Implementation Project Manager, Rita played a key role in implementing global talent acquisition solutions for Korn Ferry’s outsourced talent acquisition accounts.
Leading discovery and design workshops, managing project workstreams, and ensuring timely program go-live, her agility and problem-solving skills were essential in delivering cutting-edge solutions for clients, aligning with key stakeholder objectives and outcomes.
With over 15 years of experience in the talent acquisition industry and a background in professional search within the technology sector, Rita has a wealth of expertise. Before relocating to the United States, she was based at Korn Ferry’s EMEA headquarters in London and has international experience in Eastern and Western Europe, assisting companies in building their talent acquisition strategies.
