Her expertise includes the design and implementation of CEO and CXO succession planning systems, as well as large-scale, fully integrated enterprise talent management systems.
An executive assessment and organizational development expert, she manages worldwide teams in crafting and executing cutting-edge solutions across the talent lifecycle.
Ms. O’Connor’s combination of CEO succession, executive coaching, top team performance, and analytical abilities, enable her to build targeted solutions and derive practical insights from aggregated datasets to recommend targeted talent actions that drive desired business results.
Ms. O’Connor’s combined work experience as a Consulting Psychologist, Office Managing Director, P&L owner, and Account Executive, bring a balance of business acumen and interpersonal sensitivity to each engagement.
Ms. O’Connor received her Doctorate and Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University and her Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Maine.
