Senior Vice President, EMEA Client Success & Advocacy

Scott Erker is Senior Vice President – Client Success and Advocacy for EMEA based in London. In this role, he is responsible for connecting client business and talent needs with the firm’s digital platform and services. 

Dr. Erker works with clients and account teams to understand the value clients seek with an investment in Korn Ferry and then ensures that implementation teams are aligned to deliver on the value promise – partnering with clients to derive maximum value from their investments.

Dr. Erker has an extensive consulting background having held consulting, product management and senior operational roles across his career.  As a Senior Vice President at Development Dimensions International (DDI), he was responsible for United States operations and a member of DDI’s Operating Committee. His global perspective comes from his work with multi-national organizations and expatriate assignments in the United Kingdom and Australia.

Throughout his career, Dr. Erker has been passionate about connecting business strategy to people strategy. He has actively consulted with large, global organizations on solutions such as competency modeling/management, talent acquisition, multi-rater feedback, leadership assessment and development, performance management, succession management, culture change, and people analytics. He has led significant transformation programs applying team-based, Agile principles to business development and consulting operations.

Dr. Erker earned his M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from The University of Wisconsin at Madison. He is a member of The American Psychological Association and The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
