Shivangi has worked in the Human Capital space for the past decade across both industry and consulting roles.

As a talent advisor to clients, her key areas of focus have largely centered around talent assessments, leadership development & diversity and inclusion.

Shivangi has worked with clients across a range of solutions such competency framework creation, assessments (across the employee life-cycle), multi-rater surveys for self-awareness, leadership as well as women focused development journeys. 

Shivangi has designed and managed leadership development and transformation journeys for C-Suite leaders for various diversified conglomerates. Over the course of her consulting career, she has been a facilitator, assessor and coach to participants from diverse backgrounds.

Industries where she has worked include large Indian conglomerates, manufacturing, Oil & Gas,  IT/ITes, FMCG, telecom, retail and tech start-ups.

Shivangi has completed her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Jesus and Mary college- Delhi University followed by a Masters degree with specialization in Organizational Psychology from Delhi University.

She is a certified assessment expert (accredited by Aon), she is also certified on numerous flagship personality tools such as the OPQ32, ADEPT-15 and Korn Ferry’s suite of assessments.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Shivangi has worked with SHL India, Aon India (later acquired by Spencer Stuart as Kincentric)  and Grant Thornton.
