Simon's primary interest is helping clients and their workforces to equip themselves for the future helping them respond to key trends such as the rise of AI, automation and the multi generational workforce, and helping them stay agile and alert in the face of future uncertainty.
Simon does this in two ways by helping organisations increase their agility and foresight through changes to their operating models / organisational structures, and workforce planning capabilities, and by helping organisations retain and develop their talent through innovations to their talent management, employee experience (EVP) and engagement approach.
Simon started his career as a business analyst at a fast growing IT consulting firm, before becoming people and resource manager for their software business arm in 2009. In 2012, Simon left Detica to join Deloitte where he worked in their organisation design and talent practice. In 2017 he set up
his own consulting business helping individuals and organisations prepare for the future of work. He joined Korn Ferry in March 2019.
Simon has worked with a range of global and UK based organisations across a number of sectors including financial services, media, technology, education, healthcare, and UK government.
Simon holds a Masters Degree in Physics from the University of Durham and speaks English and Spanish.
