Smriti works at the intersection of leadership, culture, and enterprise transformation, driven by a deep curiosity about what enables leaders and organizations to thrive - and what quietly holds them back.
She partners with Boards, CEOs, and top teams to surface the often-unspoken dynamics shaping leadership effectiveness, and translate them into clear leadership expectations, talent decisions, and ways of working.
Smriti designs and leads enterprise-scale leadership and culture transformations, often during periods of growth, reinvention, or strategic transition. Most recently, she has worked with technology and tech services organizations navigating a shift toward an agentic AI-led future, helping senior leaders rethink how they engage clients, make decisions, and operate day to day.
Her work spans CXO assessments and succession, leadership development at scale, culture and inclusion transformation, and organization design, bringing together individual insight and systemic levers to build future-ready leadership pipelines and organizations.
Smriti has worked extensively with clients across India, Australia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Korea, and Japan, bringing a culturally grounded and globally informed lens to complex transformation agendas.
She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology (Organizational Behavior), is certified in Hogan’s personality-based assessments and Transactional Analysis and is accredited across the Korn Ferry assessment suite and McKinsey’s Organization Transformation offerings. Prior to Korn Ferry, she served as a Regional Leader at a strategy consulting firm, where she partnered with clients on enterprise-wide leadership transformations and scaled the firm’s capability-building practice.
