She has worked with clients across India, Australia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Korea, and Japan.

Smriti holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology (Organizational Behavior). She is certified in Hogan’s Personality-based assessments and Transactional Analysis. She is accredited in the Korn Ferry suite of assessments and McKinsey’s Organization Transformation suite of capability-building offerings.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Smriti was a Regional Leader at a strategy consulting firm where she partnered with clients on organization-wide leadership transformation agenda and drove business growth for the firm’s capability-building practice.
