Smriti is driven by a deep curiosity to understand workplace behavior—‘what really makes and breaks leaders.’ She focuses on creating client impact by designing and orchestrating Leadership and Organization Transformation journeys.

Smriti has shaped numerous top team and CXO-level engagements, leveraging individual insights for succession planning and talent management.

She has assessed and coached several mid-to-senior level leaders in their personal growth journeys.

She has built key people processes and organization design fundamentals for clients across various sectors.

She has worked with clients across India, Australia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Korea, and Japan.

Smriti holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology (Organizational Behavior). She is certified in Hogan’s Personality-based assessments and Transactional Analysis. She is accredited in the Korn Ferry suite of assessments and McKinsey’s Organization Transformation suite of capability-building offerings.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Smriti was a Regional Leader at a strategy consulting firm where she partnered with clients on organization-wide leadership transformation agenda and drove business growth for the firm’s capability-building practice.
