Steve is an Associate Client Partner in the UK & Ireland Rewards & Benefits advisory practice.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he has held various senior consulting roles in the UK, most recently as a Director in EY’s Strategic Reward Advisory Practice, leading on all broad-based reward work.
With over 20 years extensive reward experience, including a stint in house, Steve has supported management, remuneration committees and the most senior levels of leadership on a broad array of executive and broad-based reward issues.
These have included reward strategy design, compensation advice, job evaluation, equal pay auditing, gender pay gap reporting, sales incentive and short- and long-term incentive plan design, performance condition monitoring and equity scheme valuation.
With an extensive knowledge of multiple job evaluation methodologies, Steve is particularly skilled in leading pay modelling design and implementation projects in a way that ensures success.
He has also established several in-house and client-facing reward-related training sessions focussing on providing the greatest impact through practical ‘take-aways’.
Steve has worked across a variety of sectors most noticeably in the energy sector where he led Aon Hewitt’s European consulting and survey practice for over a decade. He has also worked in the financial services, hi-tech, property and public sectors.
