Ms. Valandro supported a global company in order to understand their talent's readiness in more depth at different levels of the leadership pipeline. She also worked with the individual leaders to develop their skillset in order to prepare for future challenges.
She has coached a C-level leader in a mid-sized German insurance company to drive strategic changes like the digital agenda, prepare the executive for future challenges, and to work on his ability to have a balanced inside-out and outside-in approach in his leadership.
Ms. Valandro has worked with a global industry company to drive cultural change by adjusting the organizational structure as well as coach and develop the leadership team to create an inspiring vision in order to engage the team.
Ms. Valandro has 20 years of experience in assessing, developing and coaching leaders across industries, countries, functions and levels. She has managed major client projects and has worked with clients to design and deliver customized solutions for their talent management challenges.
Previous to that she has managed major change projects at KPMG and in German public institutions. In the last years she has focused on coaching senior leaders and supporting companies in their talent decisions around M&A or strategic change projects.
Her other major areas of expertise include: culture change, organizational design, top team development, Senior and Executive Leader coaching.
Ms. Valandro has a business education and a Master Degree in Psychology from University of Innsbruck as well as a Post Master Degree from Technical University of Berlin. She is a certified coach from Bund Deutscher Psychologen (Association of German Professional Psychologists).
She is fluent in German and English.
