Increasingly, his advisory work extends to emerging challenges in sales effectiveness, talent optimization, and the evolving future of work—including the role of human-centered AI in leadership, culture, and capability transformation.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Tim held leadership roles across learning and coaching-focused organizations, as well as a global research and advisory firm, where he focused on workforce strategy, analytics, and organizational effectiveness.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, with concentrations in Finance and Marketing.
